<div>Becoming Mother</div><div style="margin-top: 20px"><div style="margin: 20px 10px;font-size: 15px;line-height: 22px;font-weight: 400;text-align: left;"><p>This is a 4-week series for pregnant or postpartum women with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). The therapy group explores coping strategies for stress, depression, anxiety, isolation, self-doubt and other potential challenges related to transitioning to motherhood.</p><p>For California residents only.</p></div><div style="margin: 20px 10px;font-size: 15px;line-height: 22px;font-weight: 400;text-align: left;"><p>The weekly sessions are led by Caryn Lindsey, LCSW. Caryn is a licensed associate clinical social worker at Cedars-Sinai. She has over a decade of experience in medical education specializing in clinical reasoning and provider/patient communication skills. She is a guest faculty member of a variety of medical schools conducting women’s health workshops including topics of sexual health, trauma, and LGBTQ related issues.</p></div><div style="margin: 20px 10px;font-size: 15px;line-height: 22px;font-weight: 400;text-align: left;"><p>The class is ongoing. Open to pregnant or postpartum (up to one year) <strong>California residents</strong> only (no spouses). Participants commit to all 4 weekly sessions at time of registration. The registration fee of $150 covers all 4 sessions. Sessions will take place from 1 PM - 2 PM the first 4 Wednesdays of every month (if 5 Wednesdays in the month). The group is closed 24 hours before the start of 1st session each month. There will always be an upcoming group that women can register. </p><p>A minimum of 3 registrants is required for the group to be facilitated. Caryn Lindsey will email you after you register to let you know how and when to login to the group (when we have logged 3 registrations).</p><p></p></div></div>
