This is a space for queer people who identify as BIPOC (Black, Brown, Indigenous, Person of Color) to connect, play, share, learn, heal and find support. This week we’ll be joined by Emily Durand (they/she), one of the Program Coordinators and Community Educators with the Mount Sinai Sexual Assault and Violence Intervention Program. Join us for an overview of your rights and resources for Domestic Violence (DV) and Intimate Partner Violence as we debunk common myths and misinformation. We’ll look at the particular way DV plays out in communities of color and the LGBT community. Show off your knowledge in our Kahoot game review!
