Together we can overcome the shame that has shrouded us from the freedom to be ourselves and be truly proud of the amazing individuals we are.</p><p>Elisa, Co-Creator of Ethology Collective a community non-profit, and Marnika Shelton the owner Nika Cherrelle’s LLC and host of the “It” Cast Real Talk On Sex, have come together to form the Freedom Support Group.</p><p>What is a shame support group and how do you know it's for you? Shame can rear it’s head in many ways. Did you grow up surrounded by conservative family? Maybe religious ideals made you feel wrong? Did you suffer through a person who sexually shamed you? Has your body been shamed?We are here as folks who have suffered at the hand of shame and want to create a safe space to grow together and begin to heal.</p><p>This group will meet on the 3rd Sunday of the month from 12-1pm PST.</p><p>We hope you will join us and feel loved and supported for the people you are and will be as we work together to heal the shame we have all been tormented with.</p><p>It is FREE to join and be a member.
