Become confident in your masculinity, generosity, wisdom, spirituality and sexuality. Connect with your brothers. Unleash the beast in you.

In the modern days having deep meaningful bonds with other men have become a rare privilege. So many men have only a few friends and only speak with them once every few years. Not having a single friend at all has become quite normal. Many of those who have friends and meet them regularly are only “pub friends” and still cannot share their vulnerabilities or have any deep meaningful conversation. We have only been moving in that direction for a hundred years though. For the remaining hundreds of thousands of years of human history, men have always worked and played together and so did women. The two genders have always spent a lot more time separately than they did mingling together. There is no right or wrong but this is in our DNA. We can still observe this natural phenomena in children past a certain age.

Just simply being together as men is already cultivating our sexual energy, building polarity, making us feel more masculine, whatever that means to every one of us individually.

Knowingly or not, our ancestors have been doing it for thousands of generations. Just a hundred years ago men got to be with other men simply by going to work. And they also had a so called “third place” for men, the place that’s neither work nor home. Mixed workplaces has certainly brought many benefits but perhaps something got lost. Miraculously women have kept their women circles to some extent but men have adopted the competitiveness and loner wolf mindsets to the point where many of us feel we cannot even trust another man.

As men, we have different needs, problems, ways of dealing with various emotions. While many of us might feel more confident to share our emotions with women for example, once we are in a safe group of conscious men, a completely new level of honesty emerges.

This is one of many possible introductions for why to have a mens group. You are now ready to take the leap.

Meeting schedule:

Tantric breathing-meditation practice called Root Connection or Shiva Bonding.

Check in. After going through many self-imposed challenges and transforming himself from a shy, ill, overweight boy to a fit, healthy, confident man, he decided to share this gift with the world. He trained as a life coach and yoga teacher, travelled to India for deeper knowledge of Pranayama. Throughout all these years Darius has kept his daily meditation practice and inevitably got into various spiritual paths, goals and experiences. For the last five years Darius has been mainly involved in the men's work.
