Weekly Teen DBT Skills Group (Ages 14–19)
Join a supportive, therapist-facilitated online group designed to help teens build practical skills for managing emotions, navigating relationships, and handling everyday stress.
This weekly Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills group is ideal for adolescents who may be experiencing emotional overwhelm, difficulty with peer or family relationships, or challenges with coping and communication.
Participants will learn real-life tools for:
● Emotional regulation
● Distress tolerance
● Interpersonal effectiveness
● Mindfulness and self-awareness
Sessions are led by Cicely Cisero, MSW, LICSW, a licensed clinician who creates a structured and supportive environment where teens can learn and practice skills alongside peers.
Group Details
● Format: Online group session
● Schedule: Weekly (multiple dates available)

● Target audience: Teens ages 13–18 (parent/guardian consent required)

The standard participant cost is $40 per session.
