Therapeutic dance healing is a mind-body practice that uses intentional movement, music, and breath to release stored stress, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional and mental well-being. It blends dance, somatic therapy, and neuroscience to help the body process what words alone cannot.

We can release anxiety, pain, panic attacks, racing heart, dizziness, nausea, tensionit through dance. Join us for a transformative experience as we learn to reset our nervous systems through movement and expression. This event is designed to help you connect with your body, release tension, and find healing through the power of dance. Let's come together to dance it out and create a safe space for healing and growth.
