Participation in The Curvey Group Support Sessions is subject to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the following terms and standards of participation (the “Group Support Standards”):

· Group participants agree to keep information about other participants or shared by other participants confidential, including names and identifying details.
· Group participants agree not to invade any other participant’s or the group leader’s privacy and to use information learned about participants or the group leader for the sole purpose of participating in the Group Support Session.
· Group participants understand and acknowledge that, despite the Group Support Standards, any information or content they post or share within a group support session may not remain private and may become available to the general public. It is each participant’s responsibility to maintain the level of privacy that they are comfortable with during the session.
· Group participants agree not to engage in any harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, harmful or inappropriate behavior, including with respect to the race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity or other characteristics of any individual.
· Group support sessions are intended to be educational sessions and are not intended to provide any individual with any therapy services. Participation in any of The Curvey group support sessions does not establish any therapist-patient or other therapeutic relationship between any participant and the group’s host or The Curvey
· Group support sessions are not appropriate for individuals with any acute or urgent psychiatric needs.
· The host of the support session may remove a participant at any time and for any reason.
· In no event will The Curvey, its affiliates, or any of its employees or contractors, including the group session host, be liable or responsible to any person or entity for any acts or omissions by any individual participating in a group support session, including any failure by a participant to comply with The Curvey and Conditions or the Group Support Standards.

USERS
If you wish to register to schedule consultations of our health professionals (Providers) through the platform, you must read this agreement and indicate your acceptance during the scheduling process. In consideration of your use of the service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract under the law. You also agree: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form available on The Curvey (b) maintain and promptly update your registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, The Curvey reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service (or any portion thereof) at any time. For the proper functioning of the platform we may collect information about your health, during registration or during the provision of consultations. The information about the health of the clients provided to the platform is handled in a confidential manner with the only purpose of obtaining online consultations from the Providers. Thecurvey will collect and store your health-related information in accordance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996).
ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
If you register on The Curvey, you will be required to choose a password and you may be asked for additional information regarding your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify The Curvey of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session. You may never use another User’s account without prior authorization from The Curvey. The Curvey will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this agreement.
By providing The Curvey with your email address, you consent to our use of such email address to send you notices regarding the service, including those required by law, in lieu of ordinary mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes to service features and special offers. If you do not wish to receive such e-mails, you may opt-out of receiving them via the contact information. Opting out may prevent you from receiving emails about updates, upgrades or offers.
ACCOUNT DELETION AND TERMINATION
The users may terminate their accounts any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on The Curvey. That termination will only result in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all the personal data granted to The Curvey.
The Curvey reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if The Curvey believes that you have breached any of these terms, furnished The Curvey with false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the website or the service by others.
PAYMENTS
All payments to The Curvey are handled securely. Services will be paid through “Stripe” (all major credit cards), payment platform available in Thecurvey.
Payment will be debited from your credit card, immediately on you placing the order for the service you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide. The Curvey reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the services.

The Service provides with you web-based access to certain mental health resources and events, some of which may allow you to participate in group sessions or activities with one or more licensed therapists and other users of the Service. You participate in those group sessions or activities in your sole discretion. Please be aware that you do not have a special relationship with users of the Service who are not licensed therapists regarding the confidentiality of what you disclose during any group sessions or activities. Accordingly, you should not disclose anything in group sessions or activities that you would not be comfortable disclosing publicly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Curvey will have no liability to you in connection any information that you disclose during any group session or activity that any user of the Service (other than The Curvey personnel) uses, discloses or otherwise exploits in any manner.
Any information obtained through the scheduled consultations on the website is intended to provide a starting point for a given situation. Thecurvey does not accept claims of any kind as a result of the use of information obtained through the consultations. The use of the information obtained through the consultations is the sole responsibility of the users.
It is your responsibility to determine whether, how and to what extent your intended use of the information provided by health professionals will be possible in the individual situations in which you intend to use it. Before acting on any information provided through the consultations, you should consider obtaining additional information and professional advice from persons familiar with your local or individual circumstances.

EMERGENCY SITUATIONS (medical health issues)
Please note that, medical emergency situations should be dealt with directly by local emergency medical services, through the emergency lines or directly by the emergency services. The Curvey is not the appropriate venue to deal with such situations.
LICENSE TO USE THE PLATFORM
The Curvey gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by Thecurvey as part of the services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the services as provided by Thecurvey, in the manner permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
