Anxiety can show up in surprising ways: procrastination, meltdowns over homework, difficulty focusing, or even seeming unmotivated. In this workshop, we’ll explore how anxiety affects learning, why some traditional calming strategies don’t work for anxious kids, and what you can do instead. You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of your child’s experience and practical tools to help them feel more confident and capable in school and in life. There will also be space for questions and discussion. I’d love to hear your experiences and challenges!

I believe that every child deserves to feel happy, and this workshop is my gift to their caregivers. This workshop has an optional donation, but is otherwise totally free!

About the Host:
I’m an Integrated Learning Specialist with over 10 years of experience supporting kids who struggle with anxiety, ADHD, and other learning challenges.
