Survivors honored for their bravery and courage to continue to thrive with a plaque and a gift. </p><p>We will say the names of our loved ones and survivors will read a poem, sing a song, dance or read a letter in memory of their loved one and received a catered dinner. </p><p>We ask everyone to purchase a Tshirt for $35.
