<div>Drop in ONLINE Community Art Therapy for Adults!
The first Thursday of each month we will come together to explore therapeutic art.</div><div style="margin-top: 20px"><div style="margin: 20px 10px;font-size: 15px;line-height: 22px;font-weight: 400;text-align: left;"><p>In a supportive atmosphere dive into the creative process in a mindful way that encourages reflection and personal growth. Each month we will explore a different themed activity with people from all over world. The environment will be relaxed, conversational and fun. No artistic skill is necessary but a desire to be creative in a new way.</p><p>Basic mark making tools such as pens, paper, crayons, paints or whatever you can gather from around your home are ideal. The activity will always be flexible to accommodate various materials. </p><p>The groups are small to encourage creating a safe space for connection.(max 8)</p><p><strong>All adults welcome (18+)</strong></p><p>We will meet via ZOOM and now with TWO TIMES to accommodate time zones and waitlist! Double check which time works for you using the time convertor below.
