Our community was started to be a space that supports helping people navigate day to emotional challenges by fellowshiping with other people who are dealing with similar challenging circumstances. </p><p>Whether you, a family member, or a friend are facing a challenge, sometimes the best medicine can often be hearing the testimony of people who have navigated similar spaces. By joining The SUNDAY community, you'll learn helpful coping mechanisms through shared experiences. Hear from guest speakers, listen to sound bowl healing, yoga, meditation, and weekly journal prompts. </p><p>Remember this, nothing happens by coincidence, so if you are here today, your spirit may be in need of encouragement, compassion, motivation, and empathy, and you have found the right community.
