<div>Fortnightly men's peer support groups running nationwide(UK).</div><div style="margin-top: 20px"><div style="margin: 20px 10px;font-size: 15px;line-height: 22px;font-weight: 400;text-align: left;"><p>Our welcoming teams consisting of qualified counsellors, along with befrienders and volunteers will be pleased to help support you in joining a group of your choice. </p><p>Peer support groups can be a great form of reassurance to help you along your healing journey at any point before, during or after therapy. To meet and listen to a group of people whom have a shared experience, within a safe and confidential facilitated space can have a cathartic and therapeutically healing effect on your mental and emotional wellbeing.</p><p>PLEASE NOTE – due to the current COVID-19 pandemic our regular events will be held online.</p><p>During this pandemic peer support groups have become a vital life-line especially to those suffering from mental health struggles, grief and loss in further isolation due to COVID-19 restrictions.</p><p>The HOPE team recognises the vital importance of this kind of support needed virtually if not face-to-face currently.
