<div>We'd love to welcome you to our cancer support group</div><div style="margin-top: 20px"><div style="margin: 20px 10px;font-size: 15px;line-height: 22px;font-weight: 400;text-align: left;"><p>We facilitate a post cancer peer support group, who meet to connect, support, listen to each other and share their experience of cancer. </p><p>Groups meet online for free, 1 hour, once a week. </p><p>The aim is to increase physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing and reduce isolation. The support members receive reduces the risk of serious mental distress and helps to build a positive life after their cancer experience.</p><p><strong>Who is this for?</strong> This is for anyone who has finished cancer treatment, is looking to increase their mental wellbeing and meet others who have also experienced cancer.</p><p><strong>Our facilitator: </strong>Groups are facilitated by ICF trained coaches who have personal experience of cancer.</p><p><strong>Spaces are limited: </strong>Please sign up and I will email you a link to Zoom a few hours before the group starts. </p><p><strong>Cost:</strong> Free thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund.</p><p>We are looking forward to seeing you there.</p></div></div>
