<div>In our weekly group, we strengthen our mindfulness, resilience, and problem-solving skills as we support one another through difficult times</div><div style="margin-top: 20px"><div style="margin: 20px 10px;font-size: 15px;line-height: 22px;font-weight: 400;text-align: left;"><p>First, we read the Group Guidelines and Principles of Support, adapted from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Peer-to-Peer Support Group Structure.
</p><p>Then, we each do a 2-minute check-in to update everyone on our current mental health. This is also a good time to introduce yourself if you’re new to the group!
</p><p>We then have our group discussion! This is when the facilitator, Maia, starts a conversation based on things people brought up during their check-in.
</p><p>Remember, everything shared in this group is completely CONFIDENTIAL.
</p><p>After the group discussion, we talk about upcoming community events with Convivial Culture!
