We have a relaxed approach with a structure that enables those that identify as men with the space, tools and the language to be able to express what is happening for them at that point in their lives. It provides a feeling that, at times, can feel like releasing the valve on a pressure cooker - a container to be seen, heard and most importantly not judged. We meet every second Wednesday at 6pm to ~ 8pm. It's mainly online but every few sessions we try to have one face to face.</p><p>If you're looking for a place to feel more connected to others and life. This is a good step forward.</p></div></div>
