As a result, individuals going through a pregnancy loss can feel isolated and unsupported. Without the right support, the grieving period can extend and become complex.

Our Pregnancy Loss Support Group offers individuals who have suffered a pregnancy loss a confidential and compassionate space where grief can be understood and held. While talking about emotions is not easy, articulating how grief feels can offer relief. By talking with others who have shared a similar experience, thoughts and feelings may be heard and validated. To hear others' compassionate perspective can be transformational.

This small and intimate virtual event will be led by MBACP and UKCP Accredited Psychotherapists Alejandra Lozada Andrade and Gavita Kaur who have ample experience in working with clients specifically dealing with a pregnancy loss.

The support group will take place online via Zoom and will run weekly for six weeks, starting on Monday 30th January 2023 and ending on Monday 6th March from 7:30pm - 9pm.

Additional details: Following registering for a place, each participant will first have an initial telephone consultation with Alejandra and Gavita to understand the objectives of the group and assess whether this is the right support tool for them.
