<div>Welcome to Relate, an entirely free online peer support group hosted by HOPE and The New Normal for students aged 18 and above.</div><div style="margin-top: 20px"><div style="margin: 20px 10px;font-size: 15px;line-height: 22px;font-weight: 400;text-align: left;"><p>Welcome to Relate, an entirely free online peer support group hosted by TNN and HOPE for students aged 18 and above. <strong>Please note this event will take place in Hong Kong time.</strong></p><p>We understand there are all sorts of unique changes and stressors as a student, from transitioning to university, navigating the world of work, managing relationships and more! </p><p>Come join our confidential virtual space to talk it out every other week this summer with our co-hosts Alanna, the founder of HOPE and Catt, a professional counsellor. The meetings were created to give space to comfortably discuss experiences of student life, mental health and wellbeing in an understanding environment, in the knowledge that your experiences are shared with others who can relate. </p><p>At the beginning of each meeting, attendees take turns introducing themselves and why they have come to the group. From then, there is no pressure at all to speak, and many people attend our meetings to listen. The meeting hosts will then ask the group if anyone has anything they would like to bring to the space. Whatever a person says is relevant, and they are welcome to bring anything to the meeting.
