All are welcome.</div><div style="margin-top: 20px"><div style="margin: 20px 10px;font-size: 15px;line-height: 22px;font-weight: 400;text-align: left;"><p>This is a virtual peer support group that is made for people going through crisis, depression and/or suicidal thoughts, or a history of suicidal ideation. </p><p>Feelings like these can often be difficult and isolating. Here you have a safe space to get together with others and support one another. It’s a group for people who have read or who are interested in reading the book "How I Stayed Alive When My Brain Was Trying to Kill Me: One Person’s Guide to Suicide Prevention" By Susan Rose Blauner, MSW, LCSW. </p><p>In this group we can cover a few paragraphs to a few pages each week, based on how much of the discussion we might have based on any given section in the book. Participants will have the opportunity to share how they relate to what was read and support each other in a safe setting. We'll have the introductory meeting and go over the first few pages before chapter one and discuss them. And if you aren't able to make it to the first call then you can join the next day.
