<div>Guided meditation experience specially curated to manage anxiety & depression, plus real life application with an experienced guide.</div><div style="margin-top: 20px"><div style="margin: 20px 10px;font-size: 15px;line-height: 22px;font-weight: 400;text-align: left;"><p>Start the week off with a clearer head, and more energy to put towards being productive. </p><p>The last couple have years have ushered in the biggest wave of anxiety and depression that affects everyone from <strong>business owners (me) to nurses, wellness coaches, teachers, and students. </strong></p><p>I decided to host a series of guided meditation workshops for the next 4 weeks, where you can get the live support, and structure for creating your own consistent self care practice to manage anxiety and make space for more peaceful, positive moments in your life. </p><p><strong>What is a Body Scan?</strong></p><p><strong>This type of meditation is used to tune in to your body's energy and sensation without judgement in order to gain awareness. The next vital healing step is to integrate visualization and breathing to effect change in your energy, and ultimately feel different. </strong></p><p><strong>While many people find the body scan relaxing, relaxation is not the main objective, and you may feel a bunch of other things that will increase your self awareness. The full time wellness actually <strong>caused me a new kind of stress </strong>since I wasn't focusing on my own work as much as helping others with theirs. </p><p>I've always been fascinated with how we work and knew that as I gathered more data and experience, I could help people feel empowered to address their needs for healing with confidence that...they could be healed. We are all in a journey for balance anyways. That's what illness and suffering is, some sort of imbalance that CAN be balanced and I'm here to support you in that discovery!
