Description
Free 60 mins workshop to understand nighttime wake-ups, racing thoughts, & the insomnia spiral. Learn tools to sleep better-starting tonight

Waking up at 3 AM or lying awake with a mind that will not slow down? If your nights feel restless or unpredictable, this workshop can help.

This free 60 minute session explores why sleep can become difficult and what actually happens inside your nervous system during nighttime wake-ups. You will learn what drives the insomnia spiral, what triggers racing thoughts, and why your mind may stay alert even when your body wants to rest.

We will look at the anxiety–sleep loop in a clear and relatable way and share practical tools you can begin using right away to support deeper, more consistent sleep. The session also includes gentle breathwork and guided relaxation to help your system unwind so rest can come more easily.

You will leave with more clarity, confidence, and an introduction to the Sleep and Anxiety Protocol, a natural and holistic approach that helps retrain the nervous system for deeper, more reliable, and more restorative rest.

If you are ready to understand what is happening inside you and take the first steps toward calmer nights and better mornings, this workshop is a meaningful place to begin.
