<div>Online sessions are offered monthly with Brenda Hershey, Managing Director of TRY Global, for those who have been approved.*</div><div style="margin-top: 20px"><div style="margin: 20px 10px;font-size: 15px;line-height: 22px;font-weight: 400;text-align: left;"><p>This science-based somatic method integrates many carefully researched and proven techniques in a very specific yoga sequence that inspires a sense of safety and connection. It is easily adapted for all levels, ages, and capabilities. It can be done on a mat or chair at the level that is comfortable for you or you may simply observe and listen.</p><p>Trauma Recovery Yoga is known to help with insomnia, anxiety, panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, hypervigilance, flashbacks, and other effects of trauma being held in the body. It is designed to rebalance the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems and enhance the overall feeling of well-being.</p><p>Online sessions are offered with Brenda Hershey for first responders and those affected by the Route 91 tragedy who have been approved for this no-cost integrative service through the Vegas Strong Resiliency Center. Brenda is a trauma-informed humanitarian and author of <em>Your Time to Shine: A Personal Strategic Planning Workbook</em>. She is currently leading a team on a livelihoods project, helping Syrian refugees start small businesses in Iraqi-Kurdistan.
