Most people don’t realize that it’s not them but the diet itself that sets them up for "failure." So what if you didn’t need to diet at all this New Years? What if you could instead learn to make lasting changes to your health without stepping foot on a scale and finding more internal peace with your relationship to food? In this webinar, you’ll learn more about why dieting doesn’t work, how it keeps you trapped, and how to develop a more intuitive relationship with food and your body that can also help improve your health.

Eva Haldis is a Registered Dietitian based in the general Philadelphia Area & Montgomery County with expertise in Intuitive Eating, Disordered Eating, and Body Image Healing.
